Entire residence, single level ranch home, with abundant natural light for you to enjoy. Hosted by Chuck & Nancy. 

• Our beautiful home will easily accommodate 10 people (possibly more with owner permission) and provide ample space to relax and recharge. You will be amazed by the uniqueness of Florida's Nature Coast and you'll create many wonderful 5 star memories to bring you back again and again.

• We are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring your best friend (up to two dogs). An additional pet fee will be accessed at registration ($200 per trip). No size limit, but please no Pit Bull's, Cane Corso's or Rottweiler's. 

• You have the entire home to yourself minus the locked master closet and pool building.

• This three bedroom pool home provides queen beds in each bedroom plus one has a queen sleep sofa as well. Two of the bed rooms have en suite bathrooms and if needed there is a queen air mattress.

• The screened lanai and salt water pool has ample outdoor leisure and dining spaces. The kitchen, indoor dining and living rooms are an inviting open floor plan plus there is a laundry room for your use as well.

• For your time spent outdoors we have a paver fire pit at the point, a citrus patio looking West as well as several kayaks, a boat dock/ramp, Weber gas grill and garden beds designed for our hummingbird and butterfly friends.

• Our rental availability usually runs from Mid-April to Mid-October. However, rental requests outside of these dates may be possible and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All rentals require a 4 night minimum booking.

• The host has committed to Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process.

• Check yourself in with Schlage digital smart lock.

• Situated on a large corner lot in beautiful Weeki Wachee Gardens at the confluence of Great Cypress and Magnolia canals just a short kayak ride to the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River. The home is close to the river but without the crowds and noise.
